Command Element's Supply network was setup in such a manner that each Unit and Division has their own Supply (Online Store) that is geared to that Elements needs. If you are cross training in various MOS's then you can visit CommandElement.com Supply or SupplyBattalion.com for a complete listing of available combat gear.

Hours of Operation

Command Element’s Supply Battalion Sales and Customer Service departments are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time (PST). The business office (including accounting) is open from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Please visit our web site CommandElement.com that is available for orders and product information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Store Policies
User Accounts

When an account is created in any one of our Units or Divisions Supply section you can access your account in any one of the Units or Divisions. Orders and Shopping carts are specific to each of the Unit or Divisions Supply section and are not viewable from any of the other Units or Divisions. If you would like to purchase combat gear from multiple Units or Divisions and have the gear shipped together then visit our CommandElement.com Supply or SupplyBattalion.com for a complete listing of available combat gear.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping and Handling

  • Our shipping and handling fees are clearly stated in listings

 

Shipping Methods

  • United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail (Default shipping method) Used for most domestic and international shipping unless oversize package.

 

  • UPS secondary shipping method – Oversized packages and rush delivery shipments. For rush delivery shipment addition charges do apply please email your request with the items you wish to ship.

Shipping time – we ship most items within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, but with some instances my take up to 7 days depending on product availability (We will email you if the product is backordered and with information on expected ship time). We are not responsible for any extra time taken for delivery by the shipping company.

Tracking Numbers - for USPS orders will be sent to the buyer via emailed by USPS. Other shipping methods APO/FPO and international orders shipping information is available upon request.

Sales Tax

California Sales tax – 8.75% is applied to any item shipped within the state.

International Payments

Payments all payments must be submitted in U.S. Dollar.

Prior to payment – Request a total shipping and handling amount

  • Paypal Payment (Preferred) (only for registered Paypal countries)    
  • BidPay – Either click on BidPay after the auction/ sale or go to www.BidPay.com to make a payment. Shipment will be sent to your confirmed BidPay address once the payment has been received. The maximum amount that can be sent through BidPay is $500.
  • MoneyGram – Via Western Union, or Emoneygram.com

Returns and Refunds
  • Due to the nature of internet transactions, we do NOT accept returns for items unless an incorrect item was shipped or is defective.
  • If an incorrect or defective item is received, the correct/ replacement item will be sent once the defective/ incorrect item is received by us. We are unable to ship the correct/ replacement item out until the returned item is received unless a duplicate payment is sent as a “deposit”, in which the duplicate payment will be refunded one the returned item is received.
  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#) MUST be issued for any return to be accepted. Clearly write the issued RA# on the outside of the box and include a copy of any correspondences concerning the return of the item, please also include return shipping information for the correct/ replacement item.
